To me it looks like the "person" on the right is lined up with the wall too closely for it to actually be someone. It looks to me like a reflection, it's just one person on the left looking into a mirror.

Ok, what I see is the figure on the right is wearing a tie, therefore is a dude. Next to said dude is a figure with boobs, therefore is a chick. Next to chick and dude is a door on the right and a crib/chair on the left. Left of crib/chair is table with lamp, and above crib/chair is a window. But what seems odd to me is that it seems like the two figures, chick and dude, are pointing out the window, like something is happening outside or in the sky. Not sure what is behind them, maybe a bookshelf? I also see a car outside the "house/room" at the top right.
