All heroes are boring.
Dota is not meant for fun.
Fun is the mind killer.
Gyrocopter and his FIRING EVERYTHING IN YOUR GENERAL DIRECTION would like a word with you.
So if I count mentally 180 seconds after someone used its ult, it's ok, but if I use something that will do that for me is cheating?
It's keeping track of cooldowns for you without you needing to keep track of them, so essentially it's an edge over your opponents since you'll be devoting less time to keeping a mental track of when they last used their ults/Roshan.
So it's a lower form of cheat I'd say.
Edit:
If you can't manage rough calculations for LHs then the cues makes it [del]way too easy[/del] easier.
You can see enemies mana reserves just by clicking on them anyway.
The Rune thing just means you don't have to sacrifice 1-2 secs of your camera over your hero to see what type of rune it is and which part it spawned at (provided there is friendly vision there).
So yeah, pre-schooler cheats.

If that's the correct terminology then thanks, I'll keep it in mind.

It's more of an issue of "he brought professional tracksuit and sneakers to this amateurs race".
That thing offers nothing that is impossible to do in-game. You can click on enemy to see their level, ability details (based on level and casts, you can deduce ability level), Roshan timer, manabars, deny-ability, all of this is accessible via looking, memorising, counting, etc.
However, those things are not layed out in front of you, you have to click during the combat on enemy to see his manapool and you have to memorise cooldown/manacost to predict it's future use against you. It's doable but either with a lot of practice or a lot of effort and concentration.
This tool provides you with fake "expertise", which is aggravating towards people who can't/don't want to afford it as well as towards people who have actually earned that expertise through time and effort.
It's a bit like raid-tools in MMO games, various UI enhancements to make challenging encounters easy, like ability timers, separate target windows, etc. They are fair most of the time, but question is are you willing to go for easier way in a game that is about making effort. In MMOs it can be excused with common good of a bigger party/raid and just convenience of basic raid-tools that limit shouting on Voice Chats and make encounters less cluster-fucky (+You are fighting against AI, usually meaning that they are difficult nonetheless and it's more of a matter or adjusting their difficulty to your level), in Dota only excuse you have is that you admit you need these tools to beat other people.

Quality over quantity, might I say?
Quality over quantity, might I say?
league has some pretty nice character designs, though. there are some champions i'd love to see in dota's style
cho'gath, veigar, and nautilus in dota 2 would be fucking awesome
Is it just me or is beastmasters boar, useless?
don't get me wrong, it has a nice slow and warding ability, but I feel like there can be more to it, like 300 AOE true sight or maybe a small chance to stun when attacking.

It's not.
Still more fair than every hero with a bash built in.
So a percentage based skill that requires attack speed is less bullshit than being able to nuke someone for 1000 damage without warning?

I'd rather take 1,100 damage instantaneously and a bit less than a level 1 DK stun than have to fight a Void/Bara.
I'm beggining to enjoy windrunner quite a lot.
Just great to take down towers.
Playing Windrunner to take down towers.
:v:
I play pudge for his magic immunity
I play pudge for his magic immunity
I play Viper for the same and for delicious intent.
I play Phantom Lancer for the skillful and balanced gameplay
I play pudge for his magic immunity
Same, but with Rubick.
I will play techies for their complex tactical gameplay.

If it is still like 25% I will bet some of my shit on liquid.
Anybody else here like building Eul's on Axe? Gives movement speed, mana regen and sets up perfectly for a Call.
Well shes still good to fuck up towers :c
and early kills... She just came in real handy to get some towers when morale was down and zeus and slark were complaining about each other.
