I got ArmA II and Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter. Pretty good games.
I got
Torchlight
Mount and Blade Warband
Splinter Cell Chaos Theory
Crysis Complete Pack
Prototype
Dirt 2
Cryostasis
Red Orchestra
I am pleased :D
Is borderlands worth the 10$ if i only have two other people to play with me instead of 3?
If someone gifts me Red Faction Guerrilla, I'll gift them back something worth the same
It's still $20 in Aus, the pricing here sucks something fierce
Is anyone having problems in Call of Duty 1 such as being stuck at the end of the level, like it doesn't progress? I'm in that french town I think where you have to go in the small field and kill mortar teams, then you're supposed to get in the car but nothing happens!
Someone buy my damn DoW2 :saddowns:
Anyone else's STEAM download speeds sucking. Not the speeds itself but the actual connection time. It's all up and down like this

What are the gems of this sale, the hidden sales?
QUICK.

I had 700kb a sec for GRID this morning, now it's 200kb a sec after half way through :/

Ghost Master is $0.95, some $2 games are decent especially for the price such as Alpha Prime and Clive Barker's Jericho, Introversion Pack.... just basically look for packs and $10/under games. Biggest bang for your buck there. I spent $30 and almost increased the value of my steam account by $250ish

I'd be fine if it wobbles up and down between high and low speeds but its just on and off. :/
Oh well, it is 3:00 in the morning and there's this wonderful concept called "tomorrow" I need to familiarize myself with. :v:
Isn't this a rip-off of the fast threads gift giving thread? I might as well try my luck here, though..
If anyone would gift me insaniquarium deluxe or killing floor i'd be REALLY HAPPY!
Bah, 2 weeks without internet and the first I see is this. Wish my card worked here in COMMUNIST CHINA.

You're from china? xD
Hey, there is something called summer break and travel. Also I've noticed internet breaking down when trying to connect to sites like youtube, facebook(non existant) and loads of other sites. Really damn frustrating, probably shouldn't write this much.
:tinfoil:
Dunno if anyone knows this but add &?specials=1 to the end of any search url. It's easier browsing

Take a look at Beyond Good&Evil. It's a very good game, has a good story and is generally very fun to play. It has some sound issues on some machines though.
Someone wanna get me l4d2? :allears:
I think I'm done now. Got myself L4D2, GTAIV, Beyond Good&Evil and Beat Hazard.
I'm so glad this Steam Sale is over. I'm going broke from all these games like a fucking junkie.
is ARMA II worth getting? Don't want it if it's buggy and unoptimized.
If someone buys me any game I will attempt to draw them a picture.

Since the patch bringing the engine changes from the expansion to regular ArmA 2 it has been improved a lot in terms of optimization although don't expect to run it on max.
Any suggestions? I have ArmA II from Impulse but it's in v. 1.05. You can check the games I have on Steam from the left. I'm thinking of buying Civ IV pack, since my cousin stole it along with a shitload of other games and consoles from me :colbert:
Which of these should I get?:
Flatout
Flatout 2
Crash Time 2
ARMA: Combat Operations

Definitely don't get Crash Time 2, those games are shit.
Can't say anything for Arma, but I will say you can't really go wrong with the Flatout games.
