Most people that use the m16 (outside of low ranks) are absolute assholes who are the first to stack a team, spawn camp and throw insults and hackustations about the chat box. It's incredibly generalized but it's pretty damn accurate from my experiences over the past year.

USAS 12 is OP as fuck.
Use it on Noshahr Canals TDM and it's pretty much impossible to do badly. Just sprint around corners shooting people in the face and you will end up with a supreme score.
I can't understand how level 1 players spawn so fast.
They swarm you.
Yesterday I saw 5 guys spawning at once.
Every time I killed a guy, other two spawned. Holy shit

Oh and the great thing is that there was 2 colonel 100's (using the m16a3 of course) on a team that also had a hacker who was oneshotting everybody, incredibly frustrating match, ended up going support and trying to use a LMG to suppress him, since it actually did seem to affect his accuracy. Was it always like that? Back when I used to play, around the time when Back to Karkand came out, I mostly used the default M-16 when I played assault just because it was the default gun for the US. Similarly, when I played Russian I always used the AK-74. The M-16 felt a little better I guess, but it didn't seem like that big of a deal.
It's still a big pet peeve of mine that everybody can equip everybody else's gun. I wish it would lock out weapons that are distinctively western when you play Russia, and vice versa. I liked how it was in BF3 where everybody was locked to their regions weapons. I thought it was more interesting. When I play (because I'm neurotic as hell about how much it bothers me) I don't use eastern weapons when I play US, or western weapons when I play Russia.

My friend and I were playing Karkand, he got hit directly by a motor and his ragdoll flew up and over a 20 story building. I wish I was recording, it was pretty unexpected and reminded me of the BF2 ragdolls :v:

Not really,While the m16 has largely stayed the same it wasn't quiet as well known because people were still learning the game or they whored out the other glaringly OP bugs like the m26 Dart, laser beam L85 and the Usas Frags.

If I want to switch servers I have to Repair Install from Origin, otherwise I get "no reply from server". I can join the same server twice, oddly enough.
