Well is it possible to uninstall it and load the saved games from it? you see its first time I play STALKER, so I looked up mods and thought "oh kewl, gud graphix", tldr, I just wanna play vanilla for now. (when I uninstalled the the mod, every time I load my saved the game crashes)

You can't. The only mods you can change to and fro without starting a new save are most graphics mods and mods that only change small things like weapon damage and such.

Let me tell you from experience that deleting some saves doesn't really matter, if you like the game you're going to play each one of those parts hundreds of times.
