If 2 people use Locket at the same time do they stack?
Forgive my lateness, ive been working away all week and missed the patch notes, but just saw this:

i thought the shield just refreshes

So basically using 2 lockets at the same time only refreshes the shield, and using a locket within 8 seconds of another one being used will only be 50% as effective.
It doesn't stack, but you can refresh the shield with it. That's about all. And yeah, it gives you a debuff called Eclipse or something where if you get the Locket's shield again in 8 seconds, you only get a half as much shielding.

Yeah, I've played against a few Singeds and it's really easy to catch them now with any CC ever pretty much, haven't played him since the nerf though.
