It's not me. The guy builds 2 IEs to get 100% crit chance. Damage that IE gives is enough to pay the price even if passives don't stack. Ever tried to 2-shot enemy ADC or APC? It's fun.

You don't really need 80% crit, and a stacked Blood Thrister is 100 AD as opposed to IE's 80 AD
Minus one IE leaves you at 55% crit which is a ton already, plus 20 AD and life steal

The thing is. He plays GP like a melee-ranged-adcaster-autoattacker. He basically needs 100% crit chance to be a treat and not rely on the random machine. Having full crit rune page gets him to that point, when every auto or Parrrley will deal a ridiculous amount of damage, no matter what. And if the game allows him to build second IE gold-vise then it's the best item he can get for that purpose.

I feel weak every time I play GP
Like I'm not adding anything to my team except my occasional ult that wasn't really needed but i wanted an assist.
That wouldn't suprise me, Gangplank is in a bad state at the moment. He hardly wins against anything toplane and is focused on scaling later in to the game, but scales weaker than almost every other top champion.
He's still fun though. Not my first choice toplane when playing ranked, but definitely would play him in a normal.
Just won a game with GP, I have a lot of fun with him, honestly :v:

To be honest, Gangplank is nothing but a gimmick at the moment.
If it weren't for the "Jewplank", he'd probably be one of the most unplayed champion in the game.

Your best bet for Support Sejuani is being paired with someone who has aggressive potential early.

It's a gimmick.
It works, but it's not that ideal, like you get massive HP boost compared to other champs cause of his passive, loads of AP on top of it too. I'd still rather get some resist-oriented items (also Merc's) so you can put that massive HP to unkillable levels.
If you want shitton of damage, build goes RoA, Liandry's, Rylai, Abyssal and Deathcap. (Note that you are quite squishy, even though you are Singed.)
"Normal" build is Boots > RoA, Liandry's/Rylai's > Tanky shit. (Most common are Warmog's, Frozen heart, Randuin's, Bveil)
Singed is quite flexible though, you can't go wrong as long as you are building items that helps you stay alive or it contains AP.
I want Draven for free with the Gladiator skin. Too bad I'm not Italian :(

Ehh I wanted to get mad at the guy who built it, but I was going ap yi so it isn't much better. I normally buy Roa+rylai's+frozen heart+merc treds+sunfire+randuins (a bit of tweaking depending on enemy team). I just don't understand how you can get to level 30 and think "LOL SINGED GETS HEALTH FROM MANA THAT MEANS MANA ITEM IS OP". It is the same approach with people that stack phantom dancers on Hecarim coz lol he get's damage from speed stack phantom dancers op as fuck.
