just a thought, do you think it'd possibly be worth it to take mpen masteries on varus? most likely over the crit masteries, considering you dont make much use of the mastery until you get IE+PD, and most people get a botrk instead of PD since serker greaves+botrk already provides a lot of attack speed along with shittons of lifesteal
a good chunk of varus' damage is magic and i've realized those crit masteries on ad carries are being unused for a good chunk of the game.

Ashe isn't good against draven in my opinion. No escape means if he can land the twin blades (dunno what its called) you're basically dead. Cait should destroy him unless you get outplayed supportwise.

I think TSM made a good choice, the plays WildTurtle made in saturday's LCS were pretty fucking amazing, he generally just played well.

I go positive but my teammates feed almost every game now (I'm playing with/against a mix of bronze and silver now that my mmr is so low). Just last game I had a 8/12 MF who was 'back dooring' and a 1/7 Brand who didn't speak English. It's so frustrating when I do well in my lane and everyone else is getting their faces owned.
So I started playing Twisted Fate recently and I'm wondering how viable hybrid would be for him. I was playing around with a few builds in normal and did alright. I'm wondering if any of you have experimented with it.

Haven't experimented with it, but I could see AP AS hybrid working. I think his E works on towers, correct?

Why not?
Because TF relies entirely on his burst, utility that allows him to turn situations to his team's advantage, and his godly backdooring. Spending your gold on things that won't give you that burst will cause you to fall behind and will make you less of a threat against people who know what they're doing. Your Q will deal less damage meaning you're going to have a lot less presence in teamfights and your wave clearing will be slower. AD TF is pretty fun too, but once again, not really viable in competitive play. TF relies on his autoattacks as well obviously, but that's why we have Lich Bane.

Sorry, guy but TF is more of an AP champ when it comes to competitive play. However Hybrid is pretty fun. AP and AS are the ways to go, but I like throwing in cd in there for kicks and to be an ass and stun like every 4 secs with a 2 sec stun.
AD TF bot is hilarious. Someone low? Use ult and steal the kill and back out since your the damn ADC they won't say anything, hilarious.

I'd stick to AP TF just because it's so broken right now.
After Lich Bane you just do so much damage it's just better to stack more AP for it.
trying out TF lately, never really played a mid champ before now. His Q does an absolute shit ton of damage when you get full build, I was knocking almost 1500 off of peoples health just with W stun/Q because no one bought magic resist.

Jax and Pantheon would run straight into 2v5 situations every chance they got, they're the only reason the game was so close and why the enemy MF got fed.

I use to actually play a lot of ADC TF pre-30 in season 2 when I was just getting started in League
I don't remember why people stopped playing him -- an ADC with a stun every 4-5 seconds seemed pretty awesome considering most ADCs don't have any hard cc besides ultimates.

A teleporting AD carry is pretty cool too, especially since that makes his backdooring potential that much greater.
I like AD TF. It's probably not as good as AP, but it's fun
