i am tired of playing with horrible teams e.g. not level 30
although i am not level 30 i am somewhat decent (i am level 14) as i played dota in the wc3 era so i understand the concepts and teamwork...
sum1 plis addz me so i can no play wif noobz :[

lvl30 ain't any better. The only surefire way to get good teammates a lot is to have a really good W/L in normals or be high elo.

Also you may not be as good as you think you are. I used to think I was hot shit back in season 1 and looking back on some of my recorded stats, I couldn't even farm properly.

What would be a good way of telling if you're good? I play support so I can't really use my kd/r or farming or whatever, but I win a good amount of games.
Also I'm not level 30 yet.
Just get to lvl30 and if you want to prove yourself, play ranked and try to aim for a high elo.

It's hard to tell if you're good. If you really want to you can watch better players play and compare, learn from your mistakes, always strive to improve and irlknever blame others for things you messed up. And if it was them that messed up don't flame, just think about how you would do the situation better and apply that to your next game. You can always ask people for advice; You can check around on youtube there's quite a bit of good channels for various roles (albeit not for support, despite it being a fairly difficult role). You can always queue with people of a higher level than you if you're willing to listen and I'm sure someone can help you out.
Alternatively just call everyone nooblord scrubs, claim that you don't deserve to be in bronze IV and ragequit, then post here.

League has matchmaking, it matches you against players it think are of equal level,
Some pre 30 indicators of how wel you are doing are stuff like 'when does the first dragon get done', and 'when does laning phase end' and 'how many wards are there on the battlefield' 'avg amount of farm at 13 minutes in'

last game our fiddle "jungler" went 0/11
we all agreed he had some sort of mental disability
i play with decent level 30 friends who have ~1k wins and i do fairly well with them. i just need more level 30 friends

According to xpecial reginald and chaox were not getting along, also the whole partying and hanging out with fangirls when TSM wanted to practice may also be a factor.

I'm basically "whatever" with the tiger stance change.
It was worse early because people naturally had more armor than mres early in the game, thus the damage it did during ganks was lower. On the plus side it made Arp runes more efficent, and Black Cleaver applied the stacks right away.
Now it's back on it's previous stage, a tad better early in the game which he was sort of lacking. (Though the bearstance buffs made his ganks more reliable now, so we shall see how OP shit he is again.)

Wish sejuani's early jungle wasn't so bad. if they made that a little better she'd see loads more play. wouldn't really mind if they toned down her late game if they do.
you got a guide for jungle sej? I feel like playing a boar-ing champ
sejauni jungle is pretty much start wolves/blue and get spirit of the golem. Then all the hp you can imagine with some armor/mr sprinkled in. some people get ap but it depends on your playstyle. Level w for better clearing, e for better ganks. usually dont level q till last, only useful for lowering the cooldown.
Try not to initiate with q, its great for catching people. learn to time e to make full use of the frost, it lasts 3 seconds. though its up to your judgement.
In large team fights initiate with r so your team can nuke em easily.
