barrier is the stupidest summoner spell to play against at least with flash i get a sense of being outplayed [editline]19th March 2013[/editline] there's no counter to barrier. Heal was countered by ignite, and yet in turn ignite was also countered by heal.

Barrier lasts two seconds. If you can't keep into account that the other guy has it, you got outplayed no matter how much you want to bitch about it. It's there to be a pocket safety zone. Also ignite lasts five seconds and barrier lasts two.

Barrier is only a counter to burst damage all ins it's pretty niche

Decided to play with my pre30 friend (he's like level 14ish) and ofc we're matched against mid 20's and it's amazing. Everyone seems to be much nicer than I remember and definitely much nicer than anyone I've played with in ages.

Was fighting a Veigar at mid as Ziggs, Our Shaco wtih 800 wins constantly runs up to try and Gank him and always gets killed but i still manage to hold my own against the Veigar. I tell him and everyone else to be extra careful against the Veigar and go back to my lane and then suddenly, Windows Updates decides it would be a good time then and there to bloody shut off everything and reboot. I come back, The Veigar is packing 1000 odd AP and i'm getting blamed for him getting Fed by the Shaco. Alrighty then... Still, Best Veigar i've seen in this game yet.

He used barrier but it timed out before ignite finished and he died.

You can play competitive CS:GO and get yelled at for any tiny mistake, but play casual and dick around as much as you want. LoL is the same, and almost any competitive game as well. All these players seem to believe their fun directly co-ordinates to their ranking, and that if another player isn't as good as them, that's taking away from their fun.

I tried LoL three years ago and didn't really play it much, but now I've started again. Great fun. That extra 7 seconds of undead time has gotten me a few kills, as you can see. :v:

For a 3k ip champ, that's like, 30 games, and with an average match length of about 30m, that's about 15 hours of playing to get a champ. A 6.3k ip one would be double that. The first win bonus would drop it down a little, obviously, but it's still a hell of a lot of time when I can just give some pocket change and have it now.

If you want to have some fun take revive with teleport, always carry a ward and just place it before you die. Die, wait till your passive runs out, revive and then teleport onto the ward, It's great fun to do.

So basically, game started out nicely, we started losing in kill advantage and soon enough they started diving our lanes and getting an even bigger kill advantage. Sivir fucks up and after everyone cusses her out and pings her she goes rage mode at like 20 minutes and keeps being an asshole till the game ended. We literally had like 3 times where they got aced and we got aced and neither of us managed to get into eachother's base. When sivir was split pushing a lane with no warding we pinged her to go back and to this she said ''IDIOT CHO ALWAYS HIDE IN JUNGLE AND SIGNEL'' and proceeds to walk into the enemy miss fortune and dies, saying ''i don't even care anymore'' They push our bot inhibitor while vlad recalls and suddenly, vlad engages with ult and they counter engage, we quickly picked them off with my ulti, lux's ulti and vlad's and proceed to win the game 4v5, this entire time the sivir bitching me out for not initiating, instead we waited and planned our attack, while this sivir just charged in like a fucking idiot. Soon after we charged their nexus while they were just respawning and won the game. tl, dr: close game, shows you can win even though your team is arguing and even has a thrower.
