Your problem might be that you're playing W Kha'Zix.
His flat damage and passive proc makes his W devastating early game, but by late game his Q/AA combos overtake it significantly in terms of damage. Make sure you've got a lot of pure AD and a sheen. Don't focus so much on armor pen unless their ADC/APC is stacking it - you should be jump-raping their squishies after teamfights start, not skirmishing.

Play mid malphite if you feel like being a fucking asshole. Get a negatron cloak or a chalice on your first back. Chunk them for 1/6 of their health with every Q and spam /t as they waste all their mana trying to do damage back. Once you get your ult, they remain zoned behind their tower for the rest of the laning phase.

I heard he's been rampaging in competitive recently, but he hasn't been buffed or anything.

Because when you make a smurf the effects on the matchmaking system are even worse but riot is completely fine with that.

His standard/common build almost completely exists out of items that got added in S3 or got stronger in S3.

When a pro makes a smurf and gets to a high ELO, it's because he can play there, and he will actually win games at that ELO. Just look at ROBERTxLEE who has 2 accounts in Challenger and another one that went 10-0 through placement matches.
When you get ELO boosted to a high ELO, you most likely can't handle the level of play there so you'll do bad and ruin the game for 4 other players on your team.

How is tribunal broken? A majority of those reports were valid so you were punished. There are always cases like this.

So I'm taking a break from LoL until I complete Bioshock: Infinite, but wondering, has anyone tried to somehow become fucking horrible at the game compared to before.
By that I mean I tend to fucking miss CS constantly now, have less awareness, make wrong choices etc.
And I have no idea why I suddenly play so bad. I sleep and eat well, don't really have any stress or anything.

I get that often, sometimes I play 5v5 with friends and I just dominate my lane and have great awareness and I make really good decisions.
Few days later, my awareness goes down the drain, get ganked thrice in a row, feed the lane by making absolutely bad decisions, I don't even know.
