I've decided to leave lowsec space for a quick moment and check out the station in which the Nyx mothership crashed into a while back, to see if it is still on fire and stuff (didn't CCP make the station crashed in burning in the game after that news item came out?), I may pick up a faster frigate while I'm there, seeing it's in high-sec space and everything isn't really fucking expensive there.
If you guys get tired of my commentary as I adventure through the cold, dark spaces of eve, just let me know and I'll shut the fuck up.

So the station I was talking about that a Nyx crashed into a while back is in Malkalen, Ishukone Headquarters. Even though it was crashed into like half a year ago, it's still on fire. I'm not even sure how fire is possible in space, let alone for such a long time as this particular fire, but I digress.
Funny thing is you can dock in it, despite it being half-destroyed and on fire.

I wouldn't go that far either. I think the blobs are just the nature of alliance warfare. 0.0 pilots aren't necessarily worse than lowsec pilots.
speaking of gatecamping, when I was adventuring earlier, the only gatecamp that actually looked like a gatecamp was a group of rats in battleships. even though I was fucking scared out of my mind whenever I entered a system with another player in it at a gate, either I was too fast, they were just going through the gate, or they were just bad gatecampers.
I didn't even get killed in my adventures yet. I'm pretty shocked because I had an image of lowsec and nullsec being a barren warzone where everybody and anybody is a target, and you will most likely get shot at.

But ya, I completely agree with you, I hate blob's also, it's just that personally I find mid size fleet battles are more common in 0.0.
