Kill the frigates as fast as possible, unless you have awesome skills then take out all the damage dealing ships first

Drones on the frigates, hit the BSs as hard as you can to reduce incoming DPS, and bring more cap charges (if you use them) than you should actually need, until you get used to doing them.
