Don't bother with t2 cruises

What about all the support skills for carrier/Dread? You need alot more than just level 1 in the pre-reqs. And then include fittings skills for the capital modules. IE: Completely missing the Fighters Skills, Jump Drive Calibration, and Capital Hybrid turrets.

To the guy who posted those skill ques. Train for tech II frigates. They're way more fun than the more advanced ships and are much more easier on the wallet.
