Yeah, talking with a friend, we came to the conclusion that the above rule has a few exceptions:
Nullsec is not safer than lowsec:
---You're in goon space...
Lowsec safer than null:
---Big mission hubs in lowsec, some corps are cappable of keeping pirates out of their system like Master Miners, Incorporated and whatnot.
Reason for the general rule stated in earlier post is big alliances run their space like highsec, take CVA for example. People can come in and go about their business ratting or mining or whatever and 7 times out of 10 don't get bothered. yet in the event they do, CVA is on the perpetrators.

I agree for the most part, but 0.0 has bubbles. You can be safe in both 0.0 and lowsec if you're careful; bubbles just make it harder to move around safely without a scout.

Holy shit, I spent 4 hours on excel today for eve.
I'm both happy and sad seeing CVA going boom soon, happy since I'm on their perma KoS list, sad because I have no one to bomb anymore.

They're dead? I had my first run in null sec going around their space (near 9uy iirc). I am going to miss them....even though I am KOS to Amarr and probably them now.

They're not dead(yet) but they have to survive a full onslaught from -AAA- and and UK now that goons are gone. and -AAA- already took their biggest hub system.
When CVA is finally kicked out of Providence, Amarr lowsec should be interesting as they all evacuate.

You can always dock I thought, everyone up in Venal had really low guristas standings from ratting all the time but we could always dock in any of the stations.

That should be able to tank about 600 dps if you use boosters and the proper implants, one really troublesome person for my alliance uses that exact fit (with some different modules, ofcourse) and really needs an entire fleet to take him out

It's got 5, so every turret hardpoint is filled. I'm going to carry around standard blue pills with me. I'd love to use lg crystals, but I can't afford a full set.
