The image doesn't show the insanity of this too well, but to get enough speed to land on that platform you gotta:
1. Maneuver your way off the ramp and get yourself in a position that your front tire can land on the barrel.
2. Switch the wheel on the barrel from the front to the back wheel.
3. Bunny-hop that mother fucker with one wheel and pray you had enough speed to get across.

The only good thing about Future Soldier in my opinion was the single player. The multiplayer - godawful. Really disappointed because of that.

I'm glad you were able to enjoy it, I really wanted to like the game but it just wasn't my kind of game I guess. I also ran into a lot of weird bugs, like getting stuck at the beginning of missions. It did make me want to go back and play some of the older games though, along with Rainbow Six 3.
