Well, on the first pic - Wall and floor textures are really low res and out of place.
Second pic - pretty damn realistic, but it is raining indoors or that rain looks pretty bad.
Third pic - The lights look a bit messed up on the car, pretty nice otherwise.
Fourth pic - The details under the car are too light, they need to be under a shadow.
These things put me off a bit with the realism of those.

I took the liberty of running it through a FXAA filter and it really is wallpaper worthy.
