Call of Duty 4. No other game has touched me so emotionally at the end..I mean..the game lets you connect with the other characters such as Gaz and Griggs and out of nowhere the motherfucking russians kill them.
Braid, MGS3, and Shadow of the Collosus all had endings that were fantastic.

Halo 2 had the greatest video game ending of all time.
Homeworld, puts you into a good mood. Also has an awesome song that plays during credits that are actually kind of interesting ("The Lemon Grind God whoever she was")
Shadow of the Colossus also had one too, and is kind of self explanatory.
May have missed a few.
Call of Jurez: Bound in blood had a good 'un.
