I hope you're joking.
Only you got it :frown:
You might want to try out Fallout 1 and 2 as well as Operation Flashpoint and ArmA 1 and 2
Unless I am missing something I never found Fallout 1 (atleast so far) to have detailed combat. I just click a guy and my guy auto-attacks them, like a turn based diablo with guns. I thought you could target body parts in this game? I never see any option to do so and when I attack the only extra thing that can ever happen is a dice roll that says wither or not I got a critical hit.
Mechwarrior, any of them
HAH! Mechwarrior is for kids Steel Battlation for motherfucking manliness
L4d2?
IVAN has a bodypart system. Check it out.
I also recommend this. You have yet to live until you've beaten the shit out of numerous small and large critters with naught but your dismembered right leg and sheer determination.

Spacestation 13 doesn't have a health meter.. And you can target specific areas of other players, though I wouldn't recommend killing people in the game.
Doom.
Red Orchestra (Best. WWII game. As of yet.) Mount & Blade (Especially with mods) ARMA 2 (Same as above. ACE 2 particularly.) Cortex Command. Seriously, check it out. Extremely unique.

I would play SS13 all day long if it wasn't so laggy. Is there like an offline mode or a way to play LAN?
Spacestation 13 doesn't have a health meter.. So many stories come to mind like the one where I was the Doctor's assistant (The Doctor as in from Doctor Who, modded server and the Doctor was an admin) and we had the TARDIS, Sonic Screwdriver and everything else. It evolved into some awesome story about us trying to fight against some sort of mythical deity using the TARDIS and lightsabers and due to some mishap along the way I became an immortal. No one else in the server had a clue what was going on, the reactions to the TARDIS and us two emerging from it were priceless, especially when shit hit the fan and things started blowing up and getting set on fire. Sadly that server is long gone. It seems to have gotten a lot more laggy for me as of late though so I haven't played it in ages. I should probably start again.
Counter Strike Source (Nah I'm kidding.) Arma 2 is pretty detailed, so is Operation Flashoint DR
but OPF:DR is utter shit
re4/5 was fairly realistic because damaging a specific body part had a specific outcome, but that's as real as it gets in those games.
pokemon r/s/e d/p/p hg/ss

Especially a game made in the mid-90's where stuff like in-game tutorials and "how to play" tool tips didn't exist.
Red Orchestra, WW1 Source is detailed pretty much, SWAT4
Counter Strike Source (Nah I'm kidding.) Arma 2 is pretty detailed, so is Operation Flashoint DR
OFPDR is hardly detailed, but ARMA 2 is fantastic in that regard. Especially with ACE/the medical module.

ASCII Sector lets you shoot individual body parts
You could try Fallout 3 with a few mods I've seen on Falloutnexus, Were body part injuries are much more severe and meds/food have more realistic effects. Sadly I don't remember them.
