Hell the 4 Cave Johnson commercials alone are better than most every game out there right now. I think only one other game coming out will be good is Batman AC. Still Portal 2 FTW.

I'll finish Portal one of these days. I did quite enjoy it, but I just came to one room in particular that I managed to mess up twice and for whatever reason, it just bored me so much that I never really came back to finish it. Gotta love it when that happens. Did the same thing with the Sands of Time - got to 72%, stuck on one simple puzzle, then just 'took a break' and finished it 6 months later :P

The only game I've seen score a perfect ten is IGN's review of GTAIV. But since it's IGN, it doesn't really count for anything.

I could be way-fucking-off on that, but I still consider a 94/100 pretty outstanding myself. I dunno.

I just hope this isn't one of those games that the trailers and reviews make it look good, but isn't. I know Valve won't do that 99.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of the time. I am expecting great things from Portal 2, I just hope it doesn't let me down (like Fallout: New Vegas did). I also don't really look at reviews by major companies because it's mostly about either A) Does it contain a popular name in the title? (Like Call of Dootee) B) Did they pay us in some sort of method? (Sex, money, it doesn't matter) C) Will this make people like us more and give us more money? So in the long run; I resort to user made reviews. I also don't buy the game before it's released just in case my money won't get wasted. Valve, Portal 2, don't let me down. I put all of my trust in you to make another good game.

But that's why I don't watch trailers or major company reviews, I either find out for myself, or look it up from user-made reviews.
