I believe that is correct yes, as this thread is about steams game sales and I have just purchased a new computer from helpful people on this site, I would like to play this game but do no have any money in my account so I thought I would ask and see. I can't since Steam is being a dick and not letting me buy Bioshock 2 because of ERROR CANNOT UPDATE SHIT BECAUSE WE ARE SLOW.
Actually, I never was too fond of Bioshock, so I won't buy it.
