armour should be least of worries. Think I have a faith build around that level too idk, would be extremely rusty if I played now :d

You'll probably be using that until you get your light armor set of choice. If you're a male character, you won't get it until the end of the game unless you're good at kiting. If you're female, you can get your set stupid early but you won't be able to wear it right away.

You need a key from Ostrava. You can either kill him and get it early or get it later from an event involving him. Since it's your first run, just wait for the event. I'm not going to talk about where or when it is tho. :v: Old King Doran is a bitch to fight tho. He can kill you in one hit, even with high stats. A lot of shit in Demon's Souls was spoiled. Doesn't bother me though [sp]1-4[/sp] for Ostrava? I know nothing of End Game or World of Defilement.

Unsurprisingly I've been playing this again. Making a new Dex character to use two-handed weapons. Chillin' on the DS Vent is pretty cool as well.

This must be the first game I've played that had such a polite community, it's actually more surprising to me if someone doesn't stop and bow to me and wait for my bow as well, before attempting to kill me. I've heard the US servers are a fair bit worse though.

Alright, I'm worried for the health of my PS3 as it has developed an alarming habit of freezing at random. The only way I can manage to turn it off when it does freeze is by turning off the power at the back.

Great, it seems like I'm going to have to forsake my Demon's Souls saves if I want to actually get my PS3 working again. The PS3's hard drive needs to be reformatted as it's corrupt right now which is what's causing the random freezing, this means I can't do the full system back up and that I'll have to copy all the saves over manually. The problem is that the only way to actually copy the Demon's Souls save is to do a full system back up as it has restrictions in place on its save files, which I can't do and thus I can't copy my save. I really don't feel like starting all over again. [editline]16:01[/editline] After a lot of fucking around, I managed to get it sorted.

Game did break streetdate, bough it today. Anyway so far it's awesome (a bit confusing, but that will sort itself out), oh and I got my ass kicked by a knight with a red eye (red-eyed knight?). Also when I have to speak to the Monumental, where the hell do I go?

Climb all the way to the top of the Nexus via stairs. Also, don't bother with the Red-Eye Knight just yet, they're still difficult at my level (50 something, however the dual wielding Red-Eye Knights I find to be pretty easy.

[editline]05:17PM[/editline] Oh great, I'm at the part with the dragon sweeping the bridge, and in front of me are three archers and a blue eyed knight. I can't run back and single out the knight because the dragon one-shots me, if I try to run past them there is something worse just ahead (I can't really see it, but it's either another knight or something).

You can easily kill the red eyes aslong as you do the quick bash with your weapon that causes them to stumble.

Got to the tower knight, I have no magic or ranged weapons, why do I have a feeling this will be hard? Also OP you should PM a moderator and ask for a title change, I'm sure there are quite a few that don't know about it yet.
