That mod is ehh I really can't say anything about it. I never got around to really playing the whole thing. Its ok but they need to update. Last time I checked they haven't made it on source which is insane.

What if Black mesa source had a surprise release in 6 days. It doesn't look like they're close just yet, unless that video was the development of the gun and they finished it recently.

If they're gonna release it before the end of the year, surely they'd have ramped up the media and announced a release date by now.
If they're not gonna make the deadline, surely they'd have said so by now.

The Video descriptions says it shows all the development stages of the Gluon-gun except its current, 'final' stage.

I'm willing to believe that they're going to have a countdown, or something similar, from 9th to 25th of December (Or from 17 to 31). 2 Weeks is a minimum for a release to create hype.
If I recall correctly they said that they would release the mods soundtrack a week ahead of the full release, in other words keep your ears open!
