I see no reason for it not to be. I may be wrong, but the fact they waited until late December to announce they wouldn't make the 2009 release date, or the fact that they made a 2009 release date at all must say something.
That's true. Some people are assuming there's still a long ways to go, but since they predicted an end-of-year release date right as the end of the year came around, it is something to give us humens hop, I guess.

Relax people, just leave it as it is for now. It'll be released soon enough and you'll be glad that it took so long for fixing up stuff . . . or you just end in a disappointment and will flame all BMS devs for letting you wait on this shit.
