It doesn't look very different to me.
Looking at the original, I don't see very much difference apart from the chest area and overall bulk of it.
Gordons Nose looks very odd.

They made it more realistic to allow for gordon to actually be as flexible and nimble as the game plays. You'll notice that in the original some of the joints look pretty rigid and immovable.

BMS is going to probably be released in Q3 this year or Q1 in 2012 for all i can guess. This isn't valid information, but seriously when i look at their progress i can do a fair guess.

It seems they've gotten a fair bit done, they won't show off every part of the game in their videos or their screenshots, though if they were't able to make 2009, I suspect they may be able to release this year, which is kinda sad since I built my computer last may in hope that BM:S would come out that year. Oh well.

The Osprey looks like a Leopard or something with that pattern.
I agree, it just needs a green or sand color to it. That camo looks really bad but it most likely will look nice in game because it just stands out in front of the grey.
