(Ha ha ha ha like that'll happen)
Server updated? Do I have to have these mods or are they required to connect? Why am I asking questions?
The server isnt updated, and all these mods are for bukkit. So no you dont need to download them.
Ok
I know this might be an unpopular proposition for a number of no-doubt valid reasons, but I've been thinking about this lately: Have we ever considered making this a Tekkit server? I get that the mod pack is predominantly a practical one and our focus tends more towards aesthetics, but Tekkit does offer a lot in the way of industrial stuff, so that even if we don't use stuff practically, we could still use it to improve the look of the facility. It also adds a lot of capabilities, especially in the way of redstone engineering, which I know is pretty popular on the server. It even has built-in Bukkit functionality so we'd get to keep the current set of plugins. One of the problems I foresee though is glitchiness and resource consumption; the server already runs... how many multiverse worlds? Couple that with the mod pack itself and we could get some problems. Just a suggestion. Please do share your thoughts, support/opposition, etc. I understand if ends up being impractical, but I wanted to see how others felt.
oh man, this as a tekkit server would be cool. But i digress

I'd like to see RedPower on the server but it's unlikely. I couldn't see a Tekkit server, though. It isn't really something we use. The only reason I'd like RedPower is for the redstone shit we do
It'd be kind of neat to wander into a maintenance area and see pipes and wires and whatnot piping arbitrary liquids n whatever around to various locations. The hum of the generators when you step in to the hallway, etc. Though yeah I doubt it'll happen.
I think Bukkit is updated for 1.3.1 now. The other plugins likely aren't, but it's one step closer.
'tis, plugins aint. I'm sure that'll change pretty fast though.

Incredibly fun
Indeed
Just thought I'd mention that I *am* checking this list regularly and we will be updating the moment we can. I've moved Multiverse to the optional category since even though I really want it, we can live with running a single world until the fucker updates. So if WorldGuard updates, we update. Now watch multiverse update before worldedit does.
It won't change anything if it does, WorldGuard is the important thing.
Oh look. Multiverse just updated before WorldEdit. Great job calling that. [editline]16th August 2012[/editline] Just in time for 1.3.2 it seems. Good news! Everything's out of date again.
Yaaaay! Isn't that just dandy!
Don't worry, all 1.3.1 plugins should be completely compatible with 1.3.2. Just gotta wait for Bukkit to push a build. Maybe WorldEdit will be done by then.

Maybe we should just get rid of bookwork alltogether now we've got these new books? The only downside to them is that you can't stuff them in a bookshelf, other than that, they're much better.
