Well, I thought like this;
the first "image" on the left which is cut of by the white border continues on the next ASCII (watch the black stripe)
Then, in that same image you have a vertical black bar and after that you see a bow of letters, which continues in the last image.
Hate to put forward a crappy and useless idea, but is there ANY possibility that this is related to the 100 thing in TF2?
(As far as I know) the reason for it has never been made clear, and Valve have obviously been planning this for a very long time...
However, there is no evidence that TF2 and Portal/HL occur in the same universe.

I can see where some of the images in that pic fit, but I don't see this one fitting in with any of those.
also, has anyone found anything to do with dinosaur_noise yet? I cant recall seeing anything, and after removing the horrible noise, it sounds, very, odd.

i think the only connections between games are Portal and HL2, TF2 and counter strike have now storylines to merge with anyway.
