And yes i know its damaged pretty badly But you can play it to half atleast in windows media player

The BBS uses a phone number, you have to connect using a modem. The IP would be used for something else (assuming it's legitimate).

Scratch this. That IP is the result of whoever posted the logs messing up the wiki (it's their IP, and the date/time is when they posted it). Completely unrelated.
