Help. Neloth won't give me quests other than heart stones and finding Azra's staff. I've killed [sp]Ildari[/sp] but he won't give me the one to find the Wind and Sand book or the Telvanni Research quest. Is there a necessary level or skill level or something?
I really want a mod that causes you to slide off of slanted terrain and rocks. Would be cool if mountain climbing was actually a dangerous feat like far cry 3 or something, rather than having training wheels all the time, IE: allowing you to fucking jump down a mountainside with ease.

In all fairness Elven in Oblivion looks gooftroop because it's Aylied in origin.
