Nord naked crazy swordsman/marksman who lives in the woods. Don't give a shit about quests, just find yourself a cave to sleep and animals to hunt.

Circa 4E 1 - In Morrowind, after the disappearance of Vivec, the power to hold the Ministry of Truth in place started to diminish. A pair of Dunmer mages, Vuhon and Sul, among others, build an ingenium, a machination to hold the Ministry of Truth in place. Dispute on the supply of souls, both mages fight, and the ingenium explodes. Both mages are hurled into Oblivion. The Ministry of Truth crashes into Vivec City, creates a huge crater that immediately filled with water from the Inner Sea. The place, which was Vivec City, is now known as the Scathing Bay. The impact of the Ministry of Truth also caused an eruption of the Red Mountain. This chain of events killed thousands and remembered as the Red Year. - Shortly after the cataclysmic eruption of Red Mountain, the crippled Morrowind is invaded by the army of Black Marsh, the Dunmer nation of Morrowind collapses. The survivors of the cataclysm and the war fled to the island of Solstheim. Vvardenfell, and most of Morrowind are now known as the Wasteland. Bwaaaah why?
I think they could do a fallout easteregg with that, You find a Dunmer who lived with some others in a cave in morrowind to be safe from the eruption, but then his father was gone, so he travels to skyrim to find him... just an idea...

No seriously, if a piece of the game includes a devastated contry to explore, try to restore or just to do some old-style looting, I'm going to offer blood sacrifices to the Elder God Bethesda, carving their Game Studios logo into some skulls.

I was wandering aimlessly during my school break and suddenly I had this idea.. What if we were able to use collected wood to like light campfires, or use some logs as a fuse?
I had an idea about repairing your weapons. It's similar to FO3 and New vegas, but you need to be in a forge and have at least level 1 in smelting. A master of smelting can upgrade his or hers weapon to a new material or make it less breakable. [editline]30th March 2011[/editline] Makes sense because you can mine for materials and so on, or at least that's what I've heard.

In Skyrim they need to have a small town with local monster legends, they must speak of a fearsome creature which inhabits a nearby cave and drags straggler-victims to their doom. Be faced with a very long and haphazard filled dungeon, and at the end of it is a giant mudcrab called "Fearsome Mudcrab" :c00l:
I started playing through Oblivion for xbox again for the first time in years. I'd forgotten how big it was.
Especially when you don't use fast travel unlike some assholes.
So fast travel is something only an asshole would use? Way to generalize, man.
