No, i play vanilla.
I'm a Khajiit. I think that spell is called Eye Of Fear or something.
Are you using a mod for the spell icons? If so what one?

It's not about stability. Runs great on just about any PCs. It's the awkward lip sync, animation and character faces.
stability =/= low system requirements
Stability is not crashing every few minutes when it's presented with a sizeable amount of data to parse. Stability is not slowing to a veritable crawl whenever an NPC walks onto the screen. The animation and polish issues are important, yes, but the problems that arise from adding more and more shit onto a codebase as bloated and unstable as the one Bethesda currently have make it frankly irresponsible.
also I tried my little affinity test with New Vegas and it seems to take a little more advantage of my quad core, though the difference between single and quad core is sill pretty negligible
I can run Fallout: NV maxed and Oblivion with many, many visual mods (including QTP3) and maxed just fine.
what are your specs, and what other oblivion mods are you running
Here's a blog that has screens from an art video. There's an illustration of an argonian there.

I think they've got a good design, a bit stockier than previous versions.
Oh, there's a dragon too.
oh cool, argonians actually look like lizards again
I still want clear, in-game pictures/footage of Argonians. :colbert:

I want a proper gameplay video so I can see how it plays, also so I can admire the diagonal running animations that better fucking be in there.
I want a video that shows things I want to see, and then at the end Todd pledges he isn't making shit up this time around and is actually serious about it.

Yeah, but it doesn't really look like they'll be beast races.
Which I guess some people will like, but I preferred them when they were different.
That Argonian looks pretty boss
If I wanted to play an ugly human race I would have just played one of the human races

I''m good with them either way as long as they don't walk like their legs are broken.
Also, will Argonians be able to have beards? Maybe fin or horn-beards...

hah, you puny argonian can't have our Nord Beards, but you can always kill someone and steal his beard, right?
:v:
Argonians change depending on the tribe.
Khajiits are born differently depending on the phases of the moon.
Some Khajiit look like housecats and some are tiger-like war mounts.
The lore's been there for a long time and they have a legitimate reason to change them as much as they want from game to game because of this.
Since Argonians didn't really have "hair" hair, i doubt they will have beards.
I will be the superior Nord race. I will be naked, while everyone else have three layers of jackets on them.

Fins maybe, chin horns no. If they're too long all you would need to do to kill them would be to say they've got a bee on their chest.
How does everyone think about the removal of classes?
I liked the Morrowind argonians, if Skyrim's argonians are similar to that I'm definitely playing an argonian.
Otherwise it's nord all the way.
He said something about the modding it so much it was basically a whole new engine. I hope it's actually a whole new engine, since gamebryo is flawed from the ground up, and adding more shit to it is only going to exacerbate things.
Whats most likely the case is the engine is designed to function like Gamebryo, but it's been re-coded from the ground up. That was largely the problem with Bethesda's Gamebryo in the first place, was they had been constantly modifying it and adding new features on top of existing codework. Now they have a chance to include everything they want right from the start, and they won't have to worry as much about errors, conflicts, memory leaks, and all that fun stuff.
Now they probably also have a chance to redo their tools, and redo the lod system. The lod system was a real tack-on for their Gamebryo engine, you can tell that gamebryo is not really meant for huge 360 degree environments, but they really forced it into that role.

I couldn't give a crap so long as I can still design my character at the beginning. I don't "go with the flow" I generally pick a style I want to play for the start and make the character to suit that playing style.
Classes may be gone, but from the sounds of it the "custom class" basically functions in the same way, I'm assuming you'll still give your character major skills and minor skills and all that.
They can remark all they want about "playing into your character" in regards to skills, but at some point if the game is to be a proper RPG, you will need to get funneled down into a certain skillset and play utilizing those specific skills.

They've told us how that RPG element would function and streamline already. The more you use it the better you get at it, and the more powerful you become the more specialized you become. Perks they said play a huge role in this part of the game play.

Yes, but it's kind of odd to have an entire continent filled with argonians in the same tribe, and khajiits all born in the same moon cycle.
(if you're talking about what I think you are, them being digitigrade or not.)

There are no distictions between skill as far as I know, the scale of the effect it has on levelling up is based purely on it's level. You may be able to get a boost on skills you select at character creation but they won't be labelled as such afterwards. Alternatively they could make starting skills only be affected by race (and perhaps gender) making that choice a bit more important initially.
Initially looks like it has too many "i"s.
I don't get it.
Will you be able to select race, just like in the other TES games?
one thing that I hope skyrim lacks are the horrible repetitive dungeons/ruins that oblivion had, did anyone else think that all of oblivion's aylied ruins were incredibly repetitve? you go into a room with skeletons, clear it out, go into another room with skeletons, clear it out, repeat for the whole ruin when your entire objective is to get one tiny little stone, it was so goddamn boring
In each dungeon there should be a mini boss or harder enemies than you will face in wildlife.

The most fearsome of all creatures :ohdear:

Now I wish Bethesda made a trailer-accompanied April Fools announcement about that.
