That's not how summoning works in the TES lore though, unfortunately. [editline]5th April 2011[/editline] It seems that only Daedra and Undead can be summoned.
Wolves and Bears are undead? wat.
It seems that only Daedra and Undead can be summoned.
FINE THEN, my enemies shall walk onto buttons that summon skeletons everywhere. I wonder if a high Conjuration (or whatever it's called now that they merged it into some shit) skill would let you spawn things semi-permanently, giving them commands and stuff, like "attack that guy in particular, but nobody else", "just chill around to freak them out", "carry some things for me" and so on.

[sp]I'm at the point where the Oblivion gates spawns everywhere, is there a chance of that the creatures will attack the cities they spawned at?[/sp] Halp?
you can be left handed in cs
Yeah, but you can play a good game in Skyrim.
The orignal CS was good.
I think I managed to capture how creepy/ wrong the vanilla Oblivion can be : [Img_thumb]http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/542890463943995737/18C5C2ED42DBBAE9D34EB5C2E7CD1D6AF1D6A3BA/[/Img_thumb] This will now forever haunt my soul [editline]5th April 2011[/editline] "Woman Gone Wild" oh god oh man
It would be worse to meet the author of the Lusty Argonian Maid. It's probably a sweaty fat dude 40+ years old that wears fake Argonian spikes on his head.
So I'm trying to replay oblivion and first I get [img_thumb]http://gyazo.com/fd699a44e7580f96b83ba96982af061f.png[/img_thumb] yet with an older graphics card I got Super High or whatever, I try to launch it after setting it to the highest setting and I hear it for half a second and then it crashes, when I try the lowest it instantly crashes, I just did a fresh install too!
Help?
That place in Shivering isles, where there is a chair, a Lusty Argonian Maid book and some bears laying around. I can imagine some beggar sitting there and fapping to it. Such was life in the middle ages.
I hope there are more people like that in Skyrim
God what's wrong with her face texture?
I think "she" might be a he.
I think "she" might be a he.
no, that NPC is female.
no, that NPC is female.
Oh, thank god.
God what's wrong with her face texture?
She was getting dirty.
God what's wrong with her face texture?
Same thing thats wrong with every face texture in oblivion :colbert: Seriously, the textures for the base face textures are 128x128 resolution (the ones in Fallout 3 are 512x512 or 1024x1024, for comparison) and the normal maps are either the same or even smaller, and it causes that "blocky" pixel shit all over the face. That was really, really bad even for 2006. Lots of mods for new face textures, though. facegen in oblivion is still bad even with good face textures, but if you have the time you can make a character that doesn't look *completely* offensive.
I hope the save system is improved over Oblivion, I want to be able to easily have multiple characters.

Bethesdah, please, please, PLEASE make spells deletable in Skyrim.
Bethesdah, please, please, PLEASE make spells deletable in Skyrim.
Or begin with no spells at all. [editline]5th April 2011[/editline] I hope this does not happen in Skyrim.

The first time that happened to me I had to re-load it so many times. That huge "CRUNCH" is just too funny.
Or begin with no spells at all. [editline]5th April 2011[/editline] I hope this does not happen in Skyrim.
That was my favorite moment in Oblivion.
holy shit now I need to play that part, just to laugh at him rushing to his death :v:
Or begin with no spells at all.
Not necessarily, my current level 17 character and all my characters since my first two have never cast nor bought a spell (except if required for quests like Sanguine's Shrine quest) because I'm adamant about keeping inventory and spellbook clutter to an absolute minimum. There's very little that pisses me off in a game than having something I can't get rid of or remove. Fallout: New Vegas is terrible at this which caused Quest Items to be my most hated game mechanic ever, and it's rare for me to really hate something.
