The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim "And your beard's beard has beards too"

I would prefer to have a physical copy, because i'm a Bethesda whore and i always get the collectors edition :v:
Am I the only one who has never, ever had a connection issue with Steam, afterall? It always served me right...
I've had connection problems before, but i have plenty of games that are also single player for offline mode
The only connection problems I get are because my modem is a bitch and goes out several times a day for no discernible reason.
Despite my incredible love for Steam and me believing it is one of the only remaining bastions of modest prices on the PC gaming market and it being a very reliable program with many useful side features *breath* I think I will still buy a collectors edition. It's a singleplayer game and naturally I may wish to install it if I find myself without an internet connection.. plus I like having a case for it and crap like that.
If its a game I like then I won't lose the CD key.
Yeah, I like physical copies too. Shame Valve games aren't very satisfying to by retail, since you don't even get a manual, just the instructions to install it on steam in a little card stuck in there.

That's the thing I love about werewolf mods. When they aren't being all lycanthropic they're naked and crazy.
That is, assuming you have a werewolf mod installed...
yeah it's from a werewolf mod, if it wasn't I'd be pretty scared
Leave for a while, come back, see tons of posts, open thread, half are about steam's connection problems/lack of

Oblivion didn't have a CD key or use steam, why do you think skyrim will? unless it's already been confirmed.
Does anyone know of a mod for Oblivion that makes enemies easier to kill, as well as making yourself easier to kill?
I like being able to 2 shot a bandit as it gives me the feeling that the sword is slicing through them. But I also want the game to be a challenge...
Any ideas?

Deadly Reflex, if it's combat related, Deadly Reflex, the end.
if you have Oblivion on D2D or Steam you gotta use a different exe though
[editline]9th April 2011[/editline]
well i'm not sure about Steam, but for D2D you do
who actually gets anything on D2D?
[editline]9th April 2011[/editline]
And Steam's exe is fine.

The Steam version of Oblivion is nearly identical to retail besides installing OBSE differently.
You don't have to do anything with the exe, just launch it through Steam per usual.

Their name fits. Those are some pretty Strange Wanderers.
If you can become a Skyrim vampire it's gonna be awesome going up through the frozen lake to find people to feed on.
If you chose to reside beneath a frozen lake and roleplay, that is.

Normal people wouldn't choose to reside beneath a frozen lake? It is indeed a sad, sad world you live in, my friend.

Minecraft has taught me nothing if people don't live beneath frozen lakes.

I did, after Steam's awesome new decision to force Europeans pay Euros, 40% price increase HO!

Only if you're the kind of vampire trying to pass as human. There's lots of different kinds, and I think only the Cyrodill vampires could pull it off.[/QUOTE]
The vampire I like the most is the one that is in my avatar.
But those ice vampires sound neat.
could anyone upload their Oblivion exe, i'm using the D2D version and can't use OBSE
Remember the Daggerfall vampires?
Way better.

if we do that you'll need the disc, which you evidently don't have
try downloading a crack from gamecopyworld

Obviously with the graphics, it'll sell well, and plus, they properly will. With it being a new engine and all. I just hope not, and just give a installer, and not waste any more of our time to play it.
[quote]the dagger, an almost useless weapon in previous Elder Scrolls games that is receiving a major boost in Skyrim[/quote]
you fucking LIE!

Literally best weapon in morrowind
The dagger is the fastest swinging weapon which means spell enchantments will be applied faster!
Daedric shrines coming back? Some of the quests were really fun. Plus you get epic loot.
