Though such a statement would be dumb because Oblivion and Fallout wasn't that pretty and still took quite some power to run due to bad optimization. I mean, Crysis looks great but somehow they've managed to optimize it so well that it takes less power to run than Fallout3 does.

As a guy with a huge beard and black hat and robe, you open a lock and walk into a random guy's home. You cast a "Silence" spell and quickly pin him to the wall with the ice spikes. Then proceed to go through his belongings, stealing all you need, then walk out of the home and disappear into the night. Ah, wishful thinking. Guards would be dragging me off to jail as soon as the guy sees me.

I hope they take some ideas from that guard overhaul mod, reneer's something-or-other

I hope they incorporate a lot of mods into the actual game. And I also hope they don't have so many bugs that ruin gameplay without fixing them. One thing I'd really like to see is to be able to rule a town.

As long as the guards aren't omnipresent like they were in Oblivion, and everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) has a beard, this game might not be so bad. We'll see.

It's annoying how I can kill someone in the middle of nowhere with NO witnesses, and still somehow a guard will know about it. Hell I killed a guard on patrol the other day, completely alone. I went to my home and hid his armor and weapons and as soon as another guard saw me I was under arrest. I payed the fine and when they confiscated the stolen goods (weren't on me) I was free to go. Now the armor and sword is mine. But still, they should only suspect you if you're wearing the armor. Simply because only official guards should have them.

there should be an imperial guard with an ugly face in an imperial watchtower or something who yells STOP RIGHT THERE CRIMINAL SCUM you can ridicule him for not having a beard
