I just hope they add some super-tough, legendary monsters, like in New Vegas, that guard awesome loot.
Like a huge, overpowered wolf named Fenrir. Nords are based on Norse culture after all.
I want to see some references to the Midgard Serpent.

Hope this turns out cool and not just a gimmick
Fuck man, I will play a thief, I'll steal all the bottles on one village, and sell them to the other village when demand for useless bottles skyrockets. I'll be fucking rich.
If this game had a Mount and Blade style Combat system I'd be pretty pleased, that was a lot of fun.
I better be able to store tons of wood, instigate a dragon into attacking the saw mill, then sell all the wood for profit.
If I can't then :argh: BETHESDA!!!!!

And fenrir, and tiamat, and odin, and loki, and thor, and freya, and Fafnir, and the Nidhogg, and Yggdrasil, and sleipnir.
The potential for awesomeness is very very high no matter what branch of norse mythology they go into.

what's that about lock-on?
i seriously hope money isn't as abundant as it was in the past 2 games.
it got to the point where money didnt even matter because people gave you a decent amount of money every twenty seconds
i hope you are FORCED to spend money on necessities.

I'd like to roll into a rich area of town and walk out with massive amounts of money and loot, a few days later I should see the nobles in the peasant-ey areas, begging.
I just want my TGM and a nice big crowded city

There just needs to be more frivolous crap to buy. Pimp your house out.
I;m hoping they don't pull an oblivion and make everything except glass+ weapons fucking worthless.
I like the feature in FO3, when NPC's react to sounds etc.
i never noticed that

They probably dropped the prices of things so heavily just for the fact that you can carry 15 suits of plate armor back from that dungeon without having to do multiple rounds. In morrowind you had to sometimes run back and forth between dungeons and a trader to get profit of all the items you found or just leave the less pricy loot in the dungeon.
in oblivion nothing was worth money and stealing things was retarded because of the magical red hand
they would seriously have to revamp a lot of the game to make tes 5 bearable. they probably have, but seriously oblivion is pretty much unplayable after 5 years

The problem with Oblivion is that buying armor and weapons is completely pointless because armor and weapons scale along with your level and every single basic enemy has the best possible armor and weapons.
That also means enchanted armor is completely fucking pointless because, in a bit of the worst game design ever thought of, it also scales with your level. So as I said, armor is completely gimped.

That was also the case in Morrowind. You go into a high level dungeon and you will get raped if all you have is an iron shortsword.
I want dual-wield made possible.
I want dual-wield made possible.
It is possible to dual-wield.
It now occured to me: with this new "two hand" system, will I be able to wield a shortsword in one hand and use the other one to punch the crap out of my enemies' faces? Slash-PUNCH-slash-slash.

Watch that you don't chop your own hand off.

I agree. It's not like as soon as an NPC purchases something, they take out their ink stamp or engrave their name and "return to" on it.

100 hundred blunt skill.
100 strength.
DUAL BATTLE AXES.
i want to be able to switch from spells to unarmed in a second
so i can cast a wind spell and stumble an enemy then kick them down and curb stomp them
Seeing how there are new spell effects, I may make my usual pure theif into a more mage-thief mix IF you can also delete spells to avoid inventory clutter. I HATE inventory clutter, it's especially bad in Fallout: New Vegas where if you're not careful you can have lots of items that you can't drop, don't do anything and just get in the way of the menu.
