i really really really hope the head bobbing is as good as it is in the trailer

In Oblivion the problem was that it was basically shot for shot, blocking with or without shield hardly did anything. If you win, you spend 10 seconds healing yourself to make up for the attrition. There's no decisivness in oblivions combat. Combat should be more strategy/tactic based; your stats should only define the overall effectiveness of your blocks, parrys, and strikes. Hopefully skyrim's combat is less about hack and slash, and more about trying to get a good strike on your opponent to bring him down. The outcome of a fight should be able to be defined by a single good hit.

I really hope the voice acting has improved. Whenever someone raised their voice in Oblivion, it sounded like a kid in a middle school play. It was awful. The battles also look like they might be really cool, too. Most of the battles in Oblivion that were meant to come off as awesome usually just came off as half-assed, just look at the Bruma Oblivion Gate battle that a couple people mentioned a couple pages back.

I find the voice acting pretty good, Bethesda will do a great job in Skyrim, I'm sure of it.

Actually FO3's voice acting was still pretty bad, New Vegas was a step up though I just hope they didn't waste their entire VA budget on celebs again

Someone should make a mod that makes dragon shouts voice activated. Would be fun if you got into it.

I don't know if this has been brought up before or not but am I the only one who's noticed that they haven't shown Khajiit or Argonian characters at all? Are they even in this game or did I miss something?

It's pretty unclear whether Argonians are warm or cold blooded.

Probably like spike or fin beard things. Since they have no hair on any other part of their body I'd say no beards.

I honestly think this year is going to be amazing for gaming, thanks to this and battlefield 3. I rarely get hyped for games, but this looks pretty good.
