It's in the Battlefield 3 cover issue of the new Gameinformer apparently.

Wait, wasn't that done like weeks ago? On GI site I think.

AND THE SCROLLS HAVE FORTOLD / OF BLACK WINGS IN THE COLD / THAT WHEN BROTHERS WAGE WAR COME UNFURLED / ALDUIN BANE OF KINGS / ANCIENT SHADOW UNBOUND / WITH A HUNGERY TO SWALLOW THE WORLD[/sp]
If you wanna know
So has the song from the gameplay trailer been released or been extracted from the trailer ?
It's the same song that they brutally stopped halfway through in the sounds of skyrim interview with mark lampert.
i cant fucking stop watching the trailer, its so awesome
is the full theme released?
in our dropbox shared folder, we have a mp3 of the theme, but I don't think it's the last version, so It's not complete, but here it is.

Was playing this when I opened that.
Appropriate.
I hope they don't immediately give us fast travel, There is no point in a big open world when you can just warp between cities missing 90 percent of the stuff unless it's quest related.
Morrowind did it good with boat and silt strider travelling for cash.
Yeah, fast travel in Oblivion was pretty much bullshit. At least in Fallout you had to walk to the damn place at least once, and in New Vegas fast travel still increases your thirst, hunger etc. In STALKER you have to find random roaming dudes and pay some money.
But in Oblivion it just felt too damn convenient.
What are the lyrics to the song anyway? I can hear Dovahkiin! Dovahkiin SOMETHING skyrim!
What are the lyrics to the song anyway? I can hear Dovahkiin! Dovahkiin SOMETHING skyrim!
Dovahkiin Dovahkiin
Naal ok zin los vahriin
Wah dein vokul mahfaeraak ahst vaal
Ahrk fin norok paal graan
Fod nust hon zindro zaan
Dovahkiin Fah hin kogaan mu draal
Translation:
Dragonborn Dragonborn
By his honor is sworn
To keep evil forever at bay
And the fiercest foes rout
When they hear triumph's shout
Dragonborn for your blessing we pray
And the misheard (but equally awesome) lyrics:
For the king!
For the king!
For the sake of Skyrim!
For our life,
For our home,
For Hrothgar's blood,
For the Nords,
And for the Gods,
For the sole single son,
Dovahkiin, our king,
Who will dawn with fire!
(Yeah, I just copied from a vid. I think in the new trailer are other lyrics :/)

There's so much shit going on in that trailer it's impossible to extract, I just deleted the centre sound so you can't hear the narrator and then used the built in "Remove vocals".

By the way, does Dropbox upload to a server or is it sapping my internet everytime someone wants to download?
403'd
I'll fix it I need to set up dropbox properly.

There I figured out the problem.

Is that a real ancient Scandinavian language or is it just made up?
I don't understand everyone going on about how the character in skyrim looks to be more preset and asking if there's going to be customisation. Does noone remember this guy?

Uploads to a server, 'cause it's cool that way.
The whole shared thing is awesome too. Dropbox is like the master race of free file hosting.
Actually on topic, the lyrics (specially in Nord) are fucking awesome. I only got my hype on for this yesterday when I saw the in-engine stuff, hoping dragon fights are half that great ingame.
Seriously, not hunting dragons at first level? Who does that? I'm looking forward to getting my ass kicked, I fucking love that shit.
(Smart money is on dragons being leveled ffffff)
Is that a real ancient Scandinavian language or is it just made up?
It's made up, it rhymes in both languages :P

Hopeful money being on being semi-leveled like they said. having a minimum and maximum level for each dragon.

Even so the first thing I'll be doing once I get my hands on the editor (assuming there is one) and enough booze to keep me motivated and/or drunk for six hours, is removing as much levelling as I can. I was about ready to offer my anal virginity to Bethesda when I realized that shit in New Vegas was actually dangerous now and again. If Skyrim offers that same feeling of shit actually being able to kill you (without it being like that only to railroad you like a bad DM) then I will personally be cutting a gloryhole in the Bethesda men's room cubicle wall and stapling my lips to it.
I hate seeing too much of footage of an upcoming game, because all that will happen is that you will become overhyped, and when the game releases and you play it for a while, you will realize you have already seen everything.
So from this point onward, I will only watch the trailers for this game, and I advice you to do the same, because the way you guys are hyping it up is just stupid and it WILL ruin (atleast partially) the experience.

MAYBE the first gameplay, but iunno
So, we know a dragon can attack a random city, but I hope there will be instances where several of them attack. That would be so badass to watch.
Unghh, the sound the dragon makes when it breathes fire, kind of metallic, makes my hair stand on end. It's actually frightening and sounds powerful, like it should.
For all those complaining about fast travel in Oblivion, why don't you, you know not use fast travel?
For all those complaining about fast travel in Oblivion, why don't you, you know not use fast travel?
The environments look so bland if you decide to naturally travel - it's almost as if Bethesda expected players to use the fast travel system.
I've bookmarked this to start every one of my days the best way ever.

It's badass isn't it? better than just some fire sounds coming from him, it actually looks like he's spitting fire.
Is that a real ancient Scandinavian language or is it just made up?
Nowhere near ancient scandinavian.

I agree, sometimes it just gets boring travelling without fast travel, I mean, you cross Cyrodiil and fight what? two Mudcrabs, three wolfs and two bandits? and sometimes you find things, but you lack the urge to go inside the dungeon and just keep going to do the quest.
Why do people think It's Fus Roh Dah? all I hear is Mus-kut-cha!
