It probably won't. Bethesda may not make their games the most glitch-free, but Saints Row 2 was unplayable after what I've heard

Celeron 450 HD 120GB GeForce 8400GS But i can run games like Fallout 3 or New Vegas,Oblivion with a decent settings,while SR2 i need to lower everything (resolution too) and still have a lot of lag(can't drive on the game because it's lag so much that i keep crashing in every car or destroying every trash can

I'm so excited to hear about the dynamic social part of the game. I'm playing oblivion right now, and I'm a goddamn thief. It's really intricate how things are set up, but man I can't wait to see how things get better.

being a "thief" in oblivon isn't so fun,since you HAVE to use a very fucking giant sword besides of a small dagger like a real thief or assassin and the bow and arrow are real weak compared to a sword or a axe,only when i finished the game i could kill some enemys with 1 arrow in sneak mode

Sorry but I dont think Skyrim will run for you. And your computer is more below an average.

Actually I have an idea for a side-quest. After the dissolution of the mage's guild many raiders and thieves broke into the magical stockpiles of the guild, taking enchanted weapons and some pretty dubious and experimental daedric armors that take over the psyche of those who wear them, becoming nothing more than blood thirsty beasts. A remnant of the mage's guild will ask you to retrieve and destroy these armors in exchange for rare magicks from the academy.
