Halo 1 was pretty good except for repetitive level design. Never played any other Halo games. CoD 1 was good from what I played of it, CoD 2 was pretty damn good overall. Never played CoD 3. CoD 4 was fucking fantastic. MW2 was alright.
Halo 1 is a must play in my book, even if you don't like it, you should still play it for the story. Halo 2 and 3 are both not as good as the first one, but I still enjoy them once and a while.
I don't think the third poll option should have been added, since it kind of defeats the point of asking which one people here like better.

I liked CoD: 2 and 3, but 4,5, and MW2 suck dick. On the Halo side, I am a FANBOY I love everything Halo. Still play Halo 3 frequently and get boners from new Reach trailers.
There hasn't been a halo game in a while. We'll see what happens when Reach debuts.
