Okay I understand it a lot more now. [sp] I didn't stay for after the credits? Does Booker wake back up for real? that would at least help me sleep tonight. [/sp]
[sp] Booker wakes up in his office, hears music I think, calls for Anna and goes for her bedroom door. You're never shown what's inside but it leaves you hopeful[/sp]
[sp] The part where Booker asks for tickets on the First Lady, there are two choices, I chose the demand one and got stabbed, do you get stabbed if you choose the take out weapons one? [/sp]
Nope. And you don't have [sp]a bandaged hand for the rest of the game.[/sp] Really cool detail imo.

#teambandage
I chose to [sp]pull my gun on them as I knew without it, they weren't going to let me through anyways. I though I did something wrong as Elizabeth got mad at me... that made me feel sad [/sp]
Does [sp]picking the other neckband for Elizabeth change anything? I chose the cage and nothing big really happened. [/sp]
Now that I've seen the ending I want a HD remake of bioshock 1.
For the ticket part I [sp]pulled my gun because the entire scene seemed shifty, but also additionally I noticed that one random woman calling Elizabeth Annabelle, who then said what her name actually was, as if confirming it[/sp]
Detective level: Ultimate.
I recently started to play. Having very fun, but, this game overheats my whole computer like no other game. While in BF3 I get around 60-70 degrees celsius on the graphic cards and 50 degrees on the CPU. This game runs with no problem at ultra, but the card overheats like hell, gets up to 100 degrees, which is very bad. Even at high settings (which I had the last time I played, still no lag) some parts get up to 90 degrees. Im afraid to play, I don't want my CPU to drip down the motherboard.
I got 560-Ti Sli on the 314.22 drivers. Anyone got the same problem, knows about it/solution?

[sp]The neckband choice thing is purely aesthetic it doesn't really do much. then again neither do any other of the choices do in the game, exception of demand ticket.[/sp]

That one girl [sp]was actually one of the cops/agents as she fights in the battle I believe, I remember killing her because she shot me. Think she might have been searching for Elizabeth or was just a look out. [/sp]

Kept overheating my laptop too, being the first game ever to do it. I had to keep my windows open when I played to keep it from crashing :v:
The after-credits ending hit me right in the soft spot.
Such an amazing but depressing game.
[sp] What about over events, such as when Comstock is with Liz and it says "Press 'F' to intervene" if you don't press F does something else happen? [/sp]

[sp]My emotions got in the way. I was going to wait to see what happened but I was like, "COMSTOCK GET YOUR FUCKING HANDS OFF OF ELIZABETH." And couldn't help but intervene :v:[/sp]

[sp]You get a big fat thing at the bottom of your screen that tells you to intervene. I don't think there is another choice there. I actually reloaded that checkpoint since I felt so bad at Elizabeth's reaction to that whole thing :([/sp]
I read this really interesting tidbit somewhere:
The reason you open a door after dying when you're on your own (as opposed to Elizabeth reviving you) is because [sp]an infinite number of doors; you're just another Booker getting pulled from an alternate universe[/sp] + [sp]remember the opening title card? "the mind of the subject will struggle to create memories where there were none[/sp] (<- major spoilers)
Pretty much my biggest pet peeve of this game is that there is only 1 animation for Elizabeth reviving you.

It seemed a little robotic, too, but the voice overs for it were nicely done. You could really hear the panic in a couple of them.
Kind of annoying how they gave the already subtitled silent movies subtitles, but not the voxophones.
The movie subtitles are here because the subtitles change to french/german etc whatever for localized versions
the same way you can look at a billboard and the text appears in the upper left corner
I can most likely imagine a dlc with [sp]Slate[/sp].
This is probably the first and the last time I'm actually hoping for story dlc. I like a bit of mystery and I think the story was absolutely fantastic on it's own, but some back story on the Luteces, Songbird and such would be awesome

Pfft. There's TWO.

I see it being one of the Vox Populi.
From playing this game, I can tell my dreams are now going to be filled with more Bioshock, probably Columbia based. Now to get to lucid dreaming in them. [sp]Not too fond of the multiverse thing though in dreams haha [/sp]. When Bioshock 1 came out, I had dreams for months about it, mostly about the same thing and managed to have one lucid dream which I don't really remember anymore.
I didn't realize until right this instant that [sp]every time you die you go back to Booker's office. You open a door. Every time Booker dies, there's a new universe. A man. A city. A lighthouse. Through that door.[/sp]

I'm so depressed now knowing that I won't be experiencing something like this for ages.

Goddamn, I never even thought of this. Fucking crazy story, leaving such a deliciously perfect amount of stuff open to interpretation :v:
