Oh man [sp]when you throw that security switch and turn around and there's a boy of silence scared the fuck out of me[/sp]
It's a reference from the scene in bioshock 1. [sp]where you grab the tonic and the smoke goes over the room and then you look behind you and then AHHH[/sp]
Oh man [sp]when you throw that security switch and turn around and there's a boy of silence scared the fuck out of me[/sp]
That part didn't get me because [sp] i tried to move backwards and it wouldn't let me and I thought "Oh god there's one of those helmet dudes behind me, isn't there?"[/sp] There was.
This is probably the first and the last time I'm actually hoping for story dlc. I like a bit of mystery and I think the story was absolutely fantastic on it's own, but some back story on the Luteces, Songbird and such would be awesome
What about the Fallout New Vegas DLC's and their over arching story? That was pretty cool too.
That part didn't get me because [sp] i tried to move backwards and it wouldn't let me and I though "Oh god there's one of those helmet dudes behind me, isn't there?[/sp] There was.
I tried to move backwards too, [sp]but thought there must be a chair or something so I turned aruond irritated just to find a boy there. Probably made the scare even worse[/sp] :v: [editline]27th March 2013[/editline]
What about the Fallout New Vegas DLC's and their over arching story? That was pretty cool too.
I loved New Vegas, but I unfortunately haven't played any of the DLC. I don't tend to spend too much time with one game so I was kind of exhausted with it when I reached the end of the main quest.
Oh man [sp]when you throw that security switch and turn around and there's a boy of silence scared the fuck out of me[/sp]
This was only a few hours ago, but it's all a bit of a blur: In a split second, I remember screaming "FUCK" and scurrying to get out of my chair. I don't exactly what happened next, but I went back to my computer after a minute or so and saw the game was minimized and the Windows Help thing was up.
Anybody else thought of Mirror's Edge when pressing elevator buttons? :v: TAKE THAT, BUTTON! *mash*
Elizabeth just tossed me a Silver Eagle from like half a mile away.
Elizabeth just tossed me a Silver Eagle from like half a mile away.
She tossed me one through the floor. I won't complain.
Anybody else thought of Mirror's Edge when pressing elevator buttons? :v: TAKE THAT, BUTTON! *mash*
I also thought little bit of Killzone 2
Anybody else thought of Mirror's Edge when pressing elevator buttons? :v: TAKE THAT, BUTTON! *mash*
[sp]A button stole her daughter.[/sp]
Oh man fuck 1999 mode.
Anyone remember that movie The Butterfly Effect? [sp]The main character in it gets nosebleeds whenever he changes the past because his brain hemorrhages from creating the new memories or something.[/sp] I'm sure I'm not the only one to notice.
[sp]I have a feeling all this tear jumping isn't going to end well.[/sp] Also anyone know the best way to kill the Handyman? I keep getting my ass handed to me by him, on Hard. Also when can you unlock your Industrial Revolution rewards?
[sp]I have a feeling all this tear jumping isn't going to end well.[/sp] Also anyone know the best way to kill the Handyman?
Check your email, you should have gotten your key there
Nevermind, just had to go to the site and look for "My Rewards" for a code.

Other than that just aim for the heart and know where the freight hooks are.
How the fuck do I even unlock Industrial Revolution? per ordered and everything but I have no idea where to find the key to unlock it.
https://www.finkmanufacturing.com/ Go to here, make an account then it'll ask where you pre-ordered from, etc. You'll eventually be able to play the game, rewards unlock at puzzle 12.
At first I thought that[sp]Daisy Fitzroy was cool and all, a "hero for the people", but now that I've gone through the tear where Booker died a martyr, it seems like she wants to kill my Booker to keep hers a legend who died for her cause.[/sp] Seems like there really isn't a[sp]"good guy".[/sp]
Seems like there really isn't a[sp]"good guy".[/sp]
If we're following the ending, [sp]there never was.[/sp]
If we're following the ending, [sp]there never was.[/sp]
[sp]Yeah don't they mention at the end that Booker IS Comstock? So really you were the protagonist you were fighting against...so you were fighting yourself...but in the future...but only one of your futures...in one of a million different...I HAVE A NOSEBLEED[/sp]
If we're following the ending, [sp]there never was.[/sp]
Hah, yeah. [sp]Undo what has already been done. From our point of view, it was a very normal story. In-universe though, it happened, but at the same time, it ended before it had even started.[/sp]

So, gaming magazines have it that the gameplay is extremely simplified compared to Bioshock 1/2. Less and uncreative powers, no mixing powers with Elizabeths powers like said in E3, using the powers not necessary at all. Yes/No?
At the end [sp]I didn't catch the part where Elizabeth said that this is where Comstock was born, so I didn't fully understand why I was "both". That caught me the fuck off guard. And it also kinda ruined the surprise for me. Eh whatever. Fantastic game otherwise.[/sp]

so i gave in and bought this because of the ridiculous reviews and oh man this game is fucking flawless. everything is just breathtaking.

[editline]27th March 2013[/editline] How do I get the soundtrack? I want, but cannot find it anywhere.

All of them have increased power an an "aid" that adds a new effect, and most of them automatically become traps if you hold down the button while aimed at a surface. You don't mix powers with Elizabeth, but powers are just as necessary as they were in previous games. If anything my only gameplay gripe is that I don't have electrobolt/wrenchdrill combo.
