Uh, no. Do you even know what a majority, or a minority is? It isn't anything to do with percentages.
If there was 20 groups, 18 each have a 5% share, and one has 6% and another has 4%. The majority still happens to be the 6% group. The majority just denotes the LARGEST group, it doesn't mean a majority is over 50%, that would only happen if there were only two options.

See, I said, since the beginning of this argument that there was a majority for DX10, you argued something along the point of there being less DX10 computers than DX 9 or 8 based on these charts. Yet, they clearly say that a large majority uses DX10.

Goddamnit, I really hate this when I think of it now. I'd be glad to update to Windows 7, but the fact that there is no way to do that without having to backup all my shit and then reinstall everything after upgrading completely cancels the chance of upgrading. I mean, I need pretty much everything I have on my PC, how the fuck am I supposed to back up all that? I wish there'd be a way to simply upgrade from XP to 7.
Install from a disc for Windows 7, it backs up the entirety of your windows and harddrive into Windows old if i remember, put anything you want into the c drive program files, in a new folder, worked perfect for me.
