[sp]That part scared me even more because I find the design of the Boys of Silence to be horrifying. I noticed that I couldn't move, so I thought "I guess it is probably the Luteces again or something." I yelped to be honest.[/sp]
[sp]Also these things are not worth alerting. Their minions are hard as shit to kill.[/sp]
The best gear I think really is the pants that double shield regen and reduce the delay for it regenerating
The skyline jump off invincible gear is also pretty OP, especially during handyman fights. Jump on jump off no damage taken ever.
I found a shit ton of gear in my playthrough but never any that were better than the ones I found in the first few chapters.
i really wish i could fuckin find that one again
I got it on my medium playthrough, and now I'm stuck on 1999 I really wish I had it. I have a fancy hat that makes me not have to reload 40% of the time though, which is nice. [editline]2nd April 2013[/editline]
[sp]Also these things are not worth alerting. 1999 mode was a mistake to pick, it just makes combat grindy and needlessly difficult
1999 mode was a mistake to pick, it just makes combat grindy and needlessly difficult
the whole point of 1999 mode is to give people who find even hard too easy a challenge. it's, obviously, a throwback to when games where harder that said, it's still easy as hell. well over half way through have died a grand total of once. the combat's not a grind if you actually plan ahead and use all at your disposal. a few well placed vigors and you can wipe out over half of the enemies in a room in a few seconds.
So I just finished the game and... and... I don't know what to do. I feel hollow. I feel like no game in the coming weeks/months/years will ever entertain me as much as Bioshock Infinite did. It's like this game is the epitome of video games. Atleast storywise. It sometimes was a mindfuck, but when the ending came... holy shit.

I'm tempted to do a playthrough on easy but I'm afraid it'll just be boring.
found this while browsing the steam community page, might be late [t]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/882978104740804213/BB5796EBFD156FFDA3487BC15D1EBC250B742770/[/t]
Downloading the "complete" soundtrack after buying the original ("complete" version is fanmade and adds a few of the background songs that weren't in the official). Gotta say, I'm liking the 1910's style.
Quite a bit late (about four pages), but can you link me to the 'complete' soundtrack? I was disappointed by the absence of the carnival musics and such in the soundtrack that I got.
My favorite gears are the one that shocks nearby people when someone's killed with excessive damage and the melee lunge gear (though it gets obsolete with charge I suppose)
oh and this [t]http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/882978104780459059/9FAB49AC0C3672545E4725AE656313055073ED1E/[/t]
Damn. That's a lot of ferris wheels.
ferris wheels are amazing
Wish we rode a ferris wheel in the actual game. Like, jumping to a skyline from a ferris wheel.
I hope that they release DLC that expands the game's story. Instead of adding a new separate mini-campaign, [sp]I'd like to see new chapters added mid-game, seeing as adding on to the end wouldn't really work. Maybe that's just me, but I just like Booker and Elizabeth too much, and I'd rather have more of them than someone else.[/sp] :v:
i really wish i could fuckin find that one again
Doesn't that one appear right near or inside the Order of the Raven building? Or do they randomize the location and I just got lucky on my second playthrough?
I think they are random.

whoa, turns out "Will The Circle Be Unbroken" is actually a real song. thought it was created specifically for the game, it matches so perfectly! the whole soundtrack for this game is amazing really
Yeah, I really liked how Irrational used music that fit perfectly into the early 20th century theme. It's probably the only game that's incorporated bluegrass, barbershop, and spirituals like that (of course, there are some modern songs hidden in there if you look...).
whoa, turns out "Will The Circle Be Unbroken" is actually a real song. thought it was created specifically for the game, it matches so perfectly! the whole soundtrack for this game is amazing really
Yeah the soundtracks really are awesome. Man this one (of course 10 times better ingame when you're in your rocket chair) and the piano part of this one aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Especially in game, and you hear Booker's astonished "Wha-" after you break through the clouds. [sp]And when it plays in the ending, had every hair on me stand up[/sp]
Did somebody say feels? Because I think I heard somebody say feels.
Where's that picture with booker and elizabeth and a puppy? i loved that one
Shivers every time. EVERY TIME. Especially in game, and you hear Booker's astonished "Wha-" after you break through the clouds.
I really think Troy Baker did some of his best work on this one. He's quickly becoming one of my favorite voice actors.
I seriously just talked to someone that said Infinite's graphics are bad because of shitty basket textures. Oh my god I'm at a loss for words.
