It'd be between Infinite and GTAIV, I'd probably give Infinite the edge for being succinct. I dunno why you'd even have ME2 in there, that game's story is a directionless mess.

I think that Infinite has the advantage of being newer and that the writers have had longer to work with the series and tweak the lore and where they want to go with it.

Don't understand the hate over the middle portion of the game. I liked exploring the various locations of Columbia and the backstories of its inhabitants.
