[sp]There is a second Bathysphere dock on the right, that is the one Jack comes out of. It's empty[/sp]
[sp]There is a second Bathysphere dock on the right, that is the one Jack comes out of. It's empty[/sp]
I noticed that, [sp]But where the hell did it go? it didn't Sink in the first game, Could have just been torn apart further I guess, But that would mean another person from either the surface or rapture would have had to bring the second bathysphere that worked.[/sp]
Um by the way does [sp]choosing either of Elizabeth's necklace differentiate anything at all?[/sp]
Um by the way does [sp]choosing either of Elizabeth's necklace differentiate anything at all?[/sp]
Nope just a variable in playthrough.

[sp]Was anyone else hoping that there would be random world-tears throughout the game, like the old bioshock infinite teasers? It'd make sense, considering the possible failures of Lutece's tear machine, and plus it would add an even bigger wtf/shock factor. Don't get me wrong, I love this game. I was just a little disappointed on that matter.[/sp]
[sp]"That priest needs to learn the difference between drowning a man, and baptizing one."[/sp] I like to imagine that the people writing the story were grinning like mad when building all these connections.

Well that ending wasn't nearly as complicated as everyone makes it out to be.
Well that ending wasn't nearly as complicated as everyone makes it out to be.
Yeah. It's not complicated so much as it's elaborately put together.
Am I the only one who thought that some of the audio in this game was annoying? I got pretty frustrated with the "zzzzzzzzzzing" noises that pretty much occur everywhere (the coin toss, for example). It literally made my head ache :P
Well that ending wasn't nearly as complicated as everyone makes it out to be.
The ending itself isn't complicated, its trying to figure out what happens after it that's confusing.

one thing i realised [sp]since just about all of the technology in the game is fink, would that mean that fink may have utilized the tears to actually hear the music and use it as his own, as in his brothers house you notice another tear to the 80's playing music.[/sp]

I really feel like doing a playthrough of Bioshock 1 and 2 again now.
one thing i realised [sp]since just about all of the technology in the game is fink, would that mean that fink may have utilized the tears to actually hear the music and use it as his own, as in his brothers house you notice another tear to the 80's playing music.[/sp]
[sp]Yeah, it was presented in an audio log. Jeramiah's brother used tears to ripoff music from the future.[/sp] [editline]Ninja'd[/editline] Ninja'd [editline]edit[/editline]
I really feel like doing a playthrough of Bioshock 1 and 2 again now.
I recently watched Bioshock 2's ending. So many feels.
[sp]Booker doesn't use the water bowl in the lighthouse because it's the timeline where he didn't get baptised.[/sp] not like it's anything useful, just something I noticed.
i thought it was really clever that [sp]the entire columbia storyline is a parallel to the rapture timeline. booker = jack, comstock = andrew ryan, elizabeth = little sisters, songbird = big daddy, daisy fitzroy = fontaine/atlas, lucete = tenenbaum, eve = salts, plasmids = vigors, etc.[/sp]
"What I wish the ending was" below. Spoilers, obviously. [sp]When I think of the after credits scene, it makes me a bit sad. I don't want for Booker and Anna to be reunited again, as terrible as that sounds. I'd rather Booker, for tear reasons, have all those memories of Columbia and Elizabeth, and for that door to open out in to the Eiffel Tower, where Elizabeth stands. Perhaps cradling a baby (her younger self, due to her magic powers,) perhaps just her. Then you'd step through and stare off over Paris on a New Year's eve, watching fireworks while Tears for Fears plays. The two Lutece, from behind would then walk either side of you and Elizabeth and mention soemthing witty about 'Not all of us want to rule the world. That'd be rather boring, don't you think?". I'd hate to see Columbia Elizabeth & Brooker wiped clean as if nothing happened. There was a lot of bonding between the two.[/sp] [sp]Booker seems surprised when he hears the music post credits, as if he knows Anna shouldn't be there. That alone gives me a little bit of hope that Elizabeth's slate hasn't been reset to baby Anna.[/sp]
Real horses vanished from the game entirely
Think invincible crows have something to do with that? I call bullshit. [editline]29th March 2013[/editline] I was trying to shoot those fuckers throughout the whole game
Real horses vanished from the game entirely
I am aware.

This could possibly mean that she still exists even after Comstock is gone (although this is a bit of a stretch).[/sp] Edit:
Still got DLC to go, bro!
Yeah, hopefully the ending is more elaborated on in some way.
Still got DLC to go, bro!
I can hope.
Anyone remember the scene with the crazy politician and his henchman Charles from the first gameplay teaser? I wonder if we'll ever see those guys again
