So, just started this game yesterday. Was quite surprised at the absolutely tiny 1 gig download i had to do for the whole thing. I'm guessing then that levels are procedurally generated based on tilesets? So far I'm quite pleased with it. A nice cooperative shooter/slicer with wall running and 'splosions.

Kind of tempted to spend that bonus platinum on colour sets. Just so I can get more shades of [I]pink[/I].

Started playing yesterday as well, surprised at how good the controls feel, from what I saw I thought it might have been quite awkward but it's surprisingly fluid.

Try wiggling around while doing it, really great animating. The only instance when the game feels a bit stiff is when attempting to wall run in some cases.

Yeah, have to say my favourite thing I have done so far was in a group of people in the mission to kill Captain Vor. There's a part in the mining tunnels or something like that when about 15 - 25 guys charge at you. I sprinted directly into them, did a slide into a forward flip flying kick and blinded all of them. We then proceeded to sever them all limb from limb. It was beautiful.

I love how if a wall is too high to scale when running up it, you can cling to it and slowly slide down. Also, the jump kick thing is great fun and useful as all fuck, especially against the infested.

I am stuck in a perpetual loop of checking for new content and then either timing out or being told content servers are unavailable, however nobody else seems to be complaining of this. Any advice you guys can give here?

Is anyone else's patcher continually trying to download a patch from a server is can't connect to?

at last I have acquired a + Fire Rate mod for my Fang daggers. now to devote all my credits and fusion cores to powering it up if you can even see their swing animation by the time i'm done with them, i will have failed in my duty

That Stalker thing is annoying. I picked this game up a day ago from the suggestion of a friend, and I get instamurdered by what I thought was a player joining me. It wouldn't be so lame if the game would at least explain what happened after you die, instead of leaving me to think that people can PvP me randomly. Or a check to see if you have actually seen how to play the game before sending one. Also, unlike regular dying, where you get helped out, you just die. So you get to sit there for a whole mission because you died in the first 30 seconds.

Any recommendations on primary and secondary weapon? I currently have the starting rifle (mk1 braton or something?) and the aklato.

Latron is nice, but I have no reload speed upgrades for it any more ;__;7

Has anyone had luck ripping the models from this by the way, if I remember right it uses the evolution engine like the darkness 2 does.
