LMAO, I just noticed they spelled inappropriate as "inapproprite" What a shoddy email. If I hadn't gotten banned so soon I would have thought it was a scam.

I got banned of the EA forums for a week for having a signature with a picture that was too big.

It's shit, no doubt. But If you agreed to the Terms of Service, you have no wiggle room. If you think you could be banned for it, don't do it.

File a lawsuit and either demand your money back or unban you. In my eyes this is theft. They essentially stole the money you spent on the games.

Checking a box and saying I agree now does put you in a legally binding contract with the publisher and developer. Also, agree to the terms of conditions on a website is legally binding too. Otherwise, why would they bother asking you to agree?

"Well, uh, your honor, ummm, as you can see quite clearly this checkbox matches this other checkbox clicked by your defendant"
