I think it's VERY professional.
In most AP classes one of the first things they teach you to detect is "possible bias of the author" so even if the review was just "1/5, I didn't have fun. The End." then the possible bias would obviously be MW2.
also I was wondering is the PC version going to include a battlerecorder like in BF2? I remember them showcasing screenshots using something similar for BFBC2

BC2 sounds really really good and MW2 isn't the best sounding game out there. Now if that ain't biased I don't know what that is.

Yea that's where the bias really shows. At one point in the review they say the game is 'nearly photorealistic' and they only give the graphics a 9.0 as well.

At first I was like: "Oh god, those graphics suck. Looks like a 2005 game"
Then I was like: "Awesome atmosphere, reminds me of CoD1"
And in the end im still like "Graphics like that have no right to exist in 2010".
Gameplay is good though, and that is unbelievable rare for today.

Well, i got all the settings on high, but it doesnt look like in the trailers at all. It looks like some kind
of weird mixture between Half life 1 and 2. Most trees look like allbright ugly pixelated models, and especially
at the point [sp]when the planes fly over you and hell breaks loose in the WW2 mission[/sp] the planes look unbelievable pixelated.
Rest of the environment looks sterile and lifeless. Some areas look beautiful from far away, especially with those awesome backgrounds / skyboxes
but when you get close they look like shit.

What the fuck are you talking about? BFBC2 is probably the prettiest game I've seen in since Crysis.
Post some screens then please, may be something wrong with my PC or settings.

He's playing the pirated version. I checked it out and it's only 5.43 GB, when the full game is supposed to be like 12-14 GB. My guess is the illegal version is a poor rip with a lot of the textures and stuff compressed all to hell.

Eh, I doubt that's true it's probably already compressed in retail form because they didn't want to use multiple DVD's.
On direct2drive the size is listed at 5.42GB so it might not be far off from the truth.
Just finished the singleplayer on hardest. Wasn't really that hard. Maybe it's tuned for consoles. Ran pretty smooth except some massive effects caused fps to go around 20.
Also you can't see shit because of the fucking snow and sand dust.
