Also what's this about a patch that is 600mb? What does it add/fix?

The BETA was very laggy for me, and i consider my Rig to be decent. Has the game been optimized since then at all?

Has the game been optimized since then at all?[/QUOTE] There's a patch that optimizes... but I found that turning HBAO off solved my performance issues... which was just Hesitant mouse movements and sensitivity inconsistencies... Half a mouse pad to turn 180, but the whole mouse pad to turn the other 180 because I was looking at trees... I'm sure that's been fixed up by now though, and I averaged 66 Frames per second during an entire game... So they better have solved the HBAO thing

I have an 8800GT with a 2.9GHz Athlon 64 X2 5600+ and 6GB DDR2 800MHz and I can't get even 40 most of the time on any resolution or any setting, granted I usually use 1400x900 even switching to 1024x768 didn't seem to effect it much and it looks terrible on my monitor.

No I believe that you probably do, it's just weird that I can't get mine to run for shit and a lot of other people I'm talking to even with Quad were having stuttering. Mine's playable at 20-30 but I'd much rather be between 40-60.

There's quite a bit in-game that's more reliant on the CPU than GPU, like Debris from explosions... and houses collapsing, Since they all have physics and whatnot... although not quite like Crysis or anything, But trees falling, ground deforming, walls being blasted out, fences torn apart, windows breaking, buildings collapsing, etc etc

Stop posting about speed, and put up videos of 32 player games damnit. <3

Got done downloading from Steam at about 3:30pm Been having lots of fun, although it's a lot like the beta where it's kind of hard to believe that I'm only getting 20 - 30 fps on my rig.
