I'm guessing it will be the last thing he'll do before going beta. So a few months at the most.
There won't be a multiplayer indev, it will be called beta and it is what will replace the current minecraft.

A lighting bug caused an evil dark portal of absolute darkness to appear in my cave ceiling. I mean, just a really dark spot for no reason in a normally lit place. Got murdered, of course.

I tried to start a standard, floating, paradise map, only to find my spawn cage floating in space. Fun times.
Round Two. Deep island map. Tunneled through the night. Broke in through the ceiling of a cave, before promptly slipping and falling in to a pool of lava.
This one is going MUCH better. :dance:

I remember this time at my floating map base the first time i got my very own iron sword and i was all like ''BRING IT ON YOU FUCKERS'' at night
i stood there, still in the wide open right outside my base.
NOT A SINGLE ONE APPEARED, then the sun started to rise:
''oh well let's see if i can get some sheeps by the other floating island''
and when i go to my bridge connecting the islands, this fucking zombie comes right out of the corner and knocks me off the island

Yay woods theme! Though I wish Notch would add bigger trees. I would love to see a rainforest-like map where massive trees pierce the sky and you can travel around the whole map by climbing between their branches.
